We work with the Italian company Wealth, which supplies us with metal details, such as those used in the straps of our bags. Wealth is a company located near Milan that specializes in the design and supply of small metal parts.
Wealth produces customized products, such as metal details for pants, shoes and bags, according to customer needs. Small details matter, because in the case of Lovia, they allow our bags to be transformed into many different uses by adjusting the length of the strap.

A skilled team behind the metal parts
We want to be as transparent as possible about the people and materials behind our bags, because as the wearer of the bags, you deserve to know the story of the bag - down to the smallest detail.
All Wealth products are tested at every stage of production to ensure that the metal parts are durable. A team of experts constantly researches and searches for the latest trends to continuously develop product ideas. The team working in the technical department, on the other hand, works in constant collaboration with customers to ensure the best possible end result. All products are manufactured in accordance with EU directives and are non-toxic.
Once the metal parts are finished at the Desio factory, they travel directly to the Clio factory near Milan, where all Lovia bags are made. There, the bags are finished with metal parts and are then ready to travel to their new homes.

In the future, we want to invest more and more in finding out the background of the metals we use. We use metal details in our bags very carefully and only when the durability of the metal is important for extending the life of the bag.
