• Developing D2C sales
• B2B sales framework and development
• Ideation and implementation of brand collaborations
• Innovation and acquisition of other sales channels

Commercial manager

• Sales strategy and its development, as well as innovation of new opportunities
• Creating a collection strategy together with creative management
• Setting sales goals and developing and implementing related campaign activities together with the rest of the team
• Internationalization strategy
• Market and competitor analyses

Products & collection

• Commercial processing of the collection together with creative management
• Margin optimization and pricing development based on it
• Focusing on collection production to optimize sales
• Evaluating the commercial potential of the product
• Setting price targets for production

Change

• Operational tasks together with other management
• Financial management, including invoicing, budget monitoring, general financial management
• HR tasks, including employment contracts, payroll

It would be great if you have:

• Passion to sell Lovia's ideology and products
• Innovative commercial visioning ability to achieve sales growth and internationalization goals
• Strong D2C expertise and experience
• Commercial insight into developing collection sales and working on collection strategy
• Analytics and reporting tools in place
• Teamwork skills and experience working with creative management
• Strong Finnish and English language skills
• Commercial training
• Understanding and experience in the fashion industry is a plus

Open workspace & Flexibility

Our Office and Showroom are located in the heart of Helsinki, Punavuori. Our team has flexible work schedules and also the possibility to work partially remotely if needed.

Meetings and breakfasts

Our team has a get-together every Monday, where we wrap up last week and dig deeper into the next one. We want to cherish moments together in times like these and start a new week with a fresh breakfast.

Team activities

Doing things together is extremely important for us. Since our team is rather small, everyone gets to give ideas and fulfill their dreams related to team activities: spa moments, dinner nights, office yoga, or mushroom picking... You name it!
