Dustbags
Protection for your treasure
With each Lovia bag you receive a high quality protective dust bag. When your bag is resting while not in use, it is always best to shield it from sun, dust and scratches. It is also best to pack it along for a trip inside its designated dustbag.
Our dustbags are made out of 100% recycled cotton, made by Finnish Pure Waste. Their business is built on collecting and recycling the precious resource of cutting waste of the textile industry. Utilising excess material streams is one of the greatest connectors between Lovia and Pure Waste. Pure Waste is truly a pioneer in Finland on utilising excess materials, and with their actions they want to impact wider change within our industry. Leading by example, they show that change for the better, more sustainable option is possible with time and commitment.

Recycled cotton
The cotton utilised in the Lovia dustbags is recycled from raw cotton waste, which serves as the raw material for the recycled cotton. Utilising recycled cotton saves roughly 20 000 litres of water per kilogram in comparison to the required amount to grow the equivalent of new cotton to create the same amount of ready material. No colouring or chemicals are needed in the manufacturing process.
“Lovia’s mode of operating - utilising local recycled materials in their products - is the most ecological way for a fashion brand to exist. We are honoured to be a part of their story.”
- Hannes Bengs, founder, Pure Waste
The ready dust bags are sewed from the material by Ronderstor Disain in Liivamäe, Estonia.
